My gramma is always the first person to say she doesn't have a sweet tooth, doesn't care too much for desserts... then, when she thinks no one is looking, she will be in the kitchen sneaking bites of anything and everything that might have a hint of sugar! Here are some of our favorites! We hope you enjoy them too ~

 | This is one of our favorite desserts. So much so, that there are never left overs! *Note: my gramma's recipe card calls for only 1/2 cup of pecans... that is not nearly enough! Drain the crushed pineapple well. Also, instead of water, you can use the pineapple juice (you may need to add a bit of water to arrive at the 1 1/2 cups. |
Pecan Tart
 | This is an amazing dessert that definitely steals the show on the Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner tables! Buttery crust, vanilla pecan, and Southern Comfort tart, topped with vanilla bean ice cream ~ Damn Good! Yes, my gramma sneaks mouthfuls every chance she gets! Enjoy ~ |
Pumpkin Pie
