Sofia's Mac n Cheese

Macaroni and Cheese is a Thanksgiving must! This recipe is super easy. You can make this on the stove or add a lot more cheese on top and bake it for a few minutes before serving up a golden, bubbly delight!

Yes, it is a pound of cheese!

You can also switch up or mix and match the cheeses ~ Cheddar, Monterrey Jack, Jalapeño Jack, and Mexican Blends work deliciously in this dish. We have added bacon, ham, or chicken, and onions, tomatoes, and green chile to make this a meal all its own.

Corn Pudding

Corn pudding is a perfect side dish to Thanksgiving Turkey, Christmas Ham, and New Year's Day Corned Beef Roast.

This recipe is easy and delicious! Who doesn't love bacon, onions, corn and melted butter?!

We add jalapeños or green chile to our Texas rendition. We hope you love it, too!

Green Bean & Mushroom Casserole with Candied Bacon

If your family is anything like mine, you cannot have dessert until you eat your greens!

Thankfully, candied bacon and brown sugar make everything taste great!

Sweet Potato Casserole

Every Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner table should have a sweet potato casserole. Turkey or ham, sweet potatoes must make an appearance. And in Texas, pecans are a "must have" ingredient. Is it really sweet potato casserole without pecans ?

Please note: If you pronounce pecan incorrectly, your casserole will not taste good.
